M. T. International was founded
by Darrell "Marty" Tuttle in 1995 as a vehicle for promoting his own private
enterprise. After the success of that project, Mr. Tuttle found other
small to medium size businesses that could benefit from the use of the
World Wide Web, but lacked the know-how or financial resources to establish
an internet presence. With the goal of helping other small businesses
like his to compete in the virtual marketplace, he began offering web
solution services to these companies. This launched what is now mtinternational.com.
The strategy of MTI has always been never to over sell
the customer. In many cases internet developers will offer a package that
includes things a company will never use. In other cases a company's site
will be overwhelmed by advertisers to support a lower cost. A common concern
in getting a web site developed is getting too much of what you won't
use, and not enough of what you will. MTI knows that each business is
unique and has special needs. We also know that these needs are not always
represented in a turnkey web application. We take a special interest in
each customer to make sure that their needs are met to their satisfaction,
and they don't end up with a bunch of "bells and whistles" they do not
want. In this way we keep our customers' costs down and their web site's
performance up.
With the help of recent commerce development on the
web, MTI provides a build-n-go solution to a company's website needs.
Many of the features of a site built by MTI will be maintainable by the
company itself. Once the site is up and running individuals within the
company can be instructed in simple and effective ways to maintenance
the site in-house. Of course MTI is always available to resolve any unforeseen
occurrences, but we don't leave customers dependent on a magical solution
that only MTI can perform. This type of magical maintenance practice translates
into an expense that today's businesses don't need. If a customer so desires,
MTI will establish a maintenance agreement, but it is an option not a
requirement.
